BOOKING IN

When you book in your appointment with us, that is confirmation of your time with us.

A 20% booking fee is required for all over the phone or online bookings.

A $50 booking fee is required for all facials.

The fee is taken off your total appointment cost al checkout.

                           Text Reminders

You will receive a reminder text at 9am 2 days before your appointment.

Even though our reminders do state reply YES to confirm – This is in place to help with our system cues & your appointment is confirmed Upon booking,

Late Arrivals

In the unfortunate event you are running late, we will try to cater for your whole appointment but your appointment may be shortened with full cost of original treatment.

If we are running behind, we will ensure to inform you ASAP & not cause too much delay.

Cancelling & rescheduling your appointment

we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

This will avoid any fees & allow enough time for us to fill your time slot.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations 24 hours + prior to appointment: Deposit can be carried onto your next appointment or put on your account as credit.

Cancellations under 24 hours prior to appointment*: 20% fee.

3 hours notice cancellation: 50% of the treatment total.

No shows: The full amount of the treatment will be charged to your account & this is to be settled before another appointment can be arranged.

Saturday cancellation : Any Saturday appointment cancelled after 4 PM on a Friday will incur a 50% fee.

 Further Information

The fees are applicable across the board for any late cancellation including sickness (COVIE, flu, gastro, etc.) and personal reasons.

Any incurred fees can be settled over the phone or via an online invoice sent to your email.

To avoid forfeiting your deposit or paying a cancellation fee, why not send someone else to your appointment for their own pampering.
